Return, Exchange and Refund Policy of Sortees.com

At Sortees.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that issues can arise with your order, and we are committed to addressing these concerns promptly and efficiently. This Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair process for our customers.

Time Frame for Returns or Exchanges:

Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the product to initiate a return or exchange process. To be eligible for returns or exchanges the product had to be purchased directly from Sortees.com 's online store (not through a third-party platform) and your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Return or Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team with your order number,  the reason for the return or exchange and photo(s) of the damage (if applicable) at: info@sortees.com  and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs:

Sortees.com does not automatically refund shipping costs for returned products. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damage items where Sortees.com will offer a return shipping label at no additional cost.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider to claim the funds after the refund is processed.

Non-refundable Items:

  • On sale or Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note that any items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days from the date we receive your return.

Domestic Orders Only: Currently Sortees.com operates exclusively within the United States and does not offer international shipping. All return policies apply only to domestic orders.

Policy Updates:

Sortees.com reserves the right to update this refund policy. We will notify customers of any changes through our website and marketing materials.
