At Sortees.com, we strive to deliver our custom design print-on-demand products, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops and coffee mugs, efficiently and reliably. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping options, rates, and policies.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all products across the USA. Estimated delivery times and standard shipping rates can be found on our Shipping Rates page. Most orders ship and are deliver within 2-10 business days (including production).

Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates:

We utilize carrier-calculated shipping rates to ensure you pay the exact cost of shipping. Depending on your location and the chosen Shopify plan, specific carriers may be added directly to your shipping settings.

International Shipping:

Currently, we ship to the USA only with plans to expand to other countries shortly. Please stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 2-10 business days from order submission. However, this timeframe can vary due to factors such as product availability and order volume. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via Shopify, including a tracking number and link to follow the delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the order, issuing a refund, or providing store credit.

Military Addresses:

We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Delivery to these addresses can take up to 15-30 business days. 

Shipping Notifications:

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please be aware that shipping to certain destinations may experience delays or restrictions due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, etc. Affected orders will be placed on hold and may require your approval before proceeding.
